Thermalec Products Ltd., first came to life at the end of 1966. 0perating from a double ended mobile home in the garden of the founder Gerry Williams, who went on to become one of the best known and loved characters of the Swimming Pool industry. He and his then partner Frank Udy set up the company in Hertfordshire and very soon expanded into a small factory in Watford. Two years later they built their own factory and it was not long before they had to add an extension to that.
In the early 1980’s Thermalec started exporting to the Middle East and quickly gained a reputation for high quality and dependable products which continues even today this now accounts for nearly 50% of our business.
During the summer of 1999 Thermalec became part of the Meddings Group of Companies, due to Gerry’s impending retirement. Most staff transferred to the new site here at Ivybridge in Devon, thus giving continuity of standards and service that Thermalec are known for.

Thermalec in India
Thermalec has been present in India since 2006, it entered the market by fulfilling sporadic inquiries which it received from top pool builders who had the facility to import directly, since then the sale graph has been steadily growing. As the demand for Thermalec products kept increasing, it was time for the management to think that it would be in the interests of both. Thermalec and its existing customers that a full fleged set up be created to provide quick deliveries and after sales support. Therefore in the year 2015, Thermalec pools and spa Pvt Limited (TPS) was established in India.
TPS deals with complete range swimming pool, water designs, water features, rehabilitation pool and lake water management products.
In the swimming pool and leisure Industry of India, TPS is known to offer top quality product at competitive prices.
TPS has largest warehousing facility for this business, TPS operates from its corporate office in New Mumbai and regional offices in Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, New Mumbai.
The three logistic centres each in New Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Surat with its strategic locations enables us to offer our client best delivery periods and efficient service for keeping down the transit time and costs to the customer.
